We offer a FREE Preventive Maintenance Program. Regularly maintaining your air conditioning equipment can lower electrical bills. Poorly maintained systems can easily double or triple electrical usage. Maintenance also helps prevent expensive equipment failures and unwanted breakdowns when the heat is unbearable. We will come out and inspect your air conditioning system the first time for free. Any maintenance items we suggest will be performed at a 30% discount. Regular maintenance usually involves cleaning the equipment, checking coolant levels, and repairing or replacing small electrical components. On most systems this comes to less than $100. If you agree to our suggested maintenance we will enroll you in our maintenance program. We will then come out every year and inspect and maintain your equipment. Our Preventive Maintenance Program customers are never charged a service call (trip charge) or diagnostics ($125 value) anytime you call, and are given a 30% discount on any maintenance, repairs, or replacements. You will also get preferential treatment when scheduling service.

Most of our competition does not offer regular preventive maintenance programs and the few who do charge $100 to $120 per system for a "Maintenance Contract" that simply promises not to charge a service charge (trip charge) or diagnostic charge if you ever call on them. Their "contract" does not include any actual service to your equipment.
